This video is about the Rolanpro lens covers which in my opinion are the best product on the market for covering and protecting your expensive camera lenses. I am not a fan of lenscoat after many bad experiences and found these to be very durable.

Thanks for sharing this, I have not been pleased with my lens coat covers, just ordered one for my new 180-600 Nikon. Amazon has them in stock-lots of options.

Hi - how was it installing on the 180-600 and how do you like it so far? I’ve watched other reviews that say these covers are kinda a pain to get on and they recommend using nylon pliers(??)

@@DPCPhotos I love it. It was a little tuff getting it all on, especially the lens hood. Nylon pliers may help. It fits good and looks nice, there will be no fraying at the ends.

@@craigwallace166 - Awesome! Thank you! I ended up ordering it off Amazon and installed it today. Agreed on the installation process and was able to do it without any pliers. I also appreciate the way the lens covers the tripod collar.
I switched from LensCoat to Rolanpro for the same reason. I also found that Rolanpro was far ahead of LensCoat in terms of build quality and durability. I buy mine direct from aliexpress. They arrive to North America (Canada in my case) in about 7-9 calendar days without any extra customs or duties to pay and shipping is free. The cost of entry is also a lot lower than LensCoat.
