hi there, I'm currently trying to separate the top and bottom of this sample pad but I'm really struggling with it. how did you manage to do it?

I see there is 2 screws on the a metal plate that holds the top, but I can figure out how to take them out, there is no space

Do you have a video of how to remove the pads on a Roland SPD -30 Octapad? I need to clean it but im afraid I may damage it. And also if not in fast forward video. Thanks😊🙏

Hey all…anyone remove the rubber pad, and know how to get it back on so it’s snug with no bulging ?

Hey, My spdsx pads light up but don't trigger sound. The click works, I've checked the output routing, I've factory reset and updated firmware. No pad sound. Frustrating. Any clues? Is this a hardware or software issue? Thanks for any advice!!

Hey Daniel. Thats a tough one. If the click works that would indicate that the master volume is ok. I would suggest a factory reset but you've dont that already. We are located in Minneapolis, MN.
