4:23 in that hit isn't the ball contacting the net and hand at the same time? I wonder how many of those kinds of situations actually happen in games when people hit very low. Not to pick on anyone but curious about this!

yep, this would be illegal - it's definitely easier to see in slow-motion, and calling this infraction in real time takes a lot of practice.
