Great recipe, but one quick tip , Always mix yeast in a bowl with a pinch of sugar and warm water. This way the yeast bacteria will bloom or grow better, then add this to your flour mixture. Your dough will be 5 times more fluffy n soft. ❤😊

Instant yeast doesnot need to be bloom separately. Adding luke warm liquids can rise it.
