So, what famous Dj (that everyone will recognize or know ) do you like? He’s known around the globe by all kinds of people who listen to different genres of music. I’ve been to a few of his shows and they were pretty amazing! (not trying to brag, but he’s in the top 20 Dj’s in the world, 4oooo sssshhhhhuuuoooo!). 🪩 🎵 🔈 🔉 🔊🌐🎚️📀💿💽💻🎼🎧

This is nothing for me. And I do not think He uses sync most of the time, because then why is He contantly adjusting with the jog and the pitch control? No sense of it if one uses sync. Otherwise listen somebody, who still mixes with the pitch riding technique, like DJ Sneak or Louie Vega or Mark Farina. That way the mix is constantly very slightly off, but I think that dirtiness just adds to the whole picture. There is something rawness in it which is for me a good match with these classic house vibes. Also be sure, He could mix 1000% clean if He wishes so. Back in the day He did 3 deck mixing with pitch riding. Which for one needs to be very skilled.

I think in both cases he's phrase matching off non rhythmic components (the vocals I think). In the first instance he caught it and fixed it. That was subtle though so good catch. I missed it until I went back to relisten. I don't hear anything off in the second example though. Dude's an OG so I doubt he's using beat sync. Shit happens when the training wheels are off. Might also have beat sync on and they are older songs that aren't grid fixed at production and the tempo slides around a smidge (and you haven't manually adjusted the grid for it in RBOX).
