Roger Federer Multicam Practice Session #1 (Cincinnati 2014)

Спорт

World #3 and 17 time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer practicing at the 2014 Western & Southern Open. Federer was filmed at 60 frames per second in HD with a high shutter speed. This allows the viewer to pause our footage with little to no blur of the racket at impact with the ball for better analysis of strokes and a better viewing experience.
In this practice session Federer hits his forehand, backhand, 1st serve, 2nd serve, overhead, and volleys. He also plays out points against Nicolas Mahut at the end.

Not all the time though. The firmness of the grip is quite frankly a counter measure to the speed of the return. If you are receiving a shot with high velocity, you want the racquet to absorb the energy and have good control over the return. For that, you'll need a loose grip. If you want to hit a strong return, you'll need to have a firm grip. So yeah, they don't always have a loose grip. Especially with the flick movemt they all have today. The racquet will pop out of their hand everytime, you know.

@@dhananjayverma2120 the flick movement is a myth. If you watch the slow motion video, you’ll see the wrist moved after contact
