I went to a bike meet at the Tilted Barrel.. Roger Marshall had had a few pints, and watching him playing AC/DC air guitar and bouncing around the lounge enjoying himself was a real treat😄😄

Got to meet Roger last year on a Mexico holiday! Nice to be able to talk to him.

Finally watched all three episodes in one go, great stuff as usual. Liked the episode 2 story about Barry Sheene signing autographs, Freddie Spencer said a similiar thing about Barry at Newark classic bike show a few years ago. In Freddies early career he was signing autographs sat next to Barry and asked him when they should stop signing. Barry said we stop when every autograph people want has been signed. Class.

Fantastic set of three episodes, thoroughly enjoyed these. Someone I've never seen interviewed but who must surely be a fascinating character is Jim Moody. How about trying to twist his arm, we all remember him with a lot of respect and would really like to hear his story. McPint is a big pal of his, maybe he can put you in touch.

That’s fair enough, and I respect your question. It’s always been the same with Hire Cars, not just motorcycle racers/mechanics etc but other sports too (car racers are even worse) it’s just what happens.
