RG Cube is the most exciting to me. Even more than the sp clone. Its so obviously a clone of the rgb30 more than anything else and I have been wanting something similar to it from other brands. Anbernic build quality and a comparable screen to the rgb30 with a good dpad and just overall better buttons and no battery issues most likely? Yeah thats gonna become my favorite handheld pretty easily.

My appreciation for this channel's content grows with every new video being released. Keep up the good work.

I got to get that silver ANBERNIC SP! Love that color scheme and ANBERNIC hasn't done silver since their RG300X and RG280V handheld. Plus, I still have my silver Nintendo GBA SP with crystal glass buttons.

The Xumini's START and SELECT buttons should be under the sticks, just like the Retroid Pocket 4. With them being up there next to the face buttons currently, START is definitely going to be accidentally pressed.

The Cube is super intriguing. Shame they don't offer models with the Dpad or joystick up top. I personally would go for the stick, but seems like it would be the perfect Saturn/Sega device if the dpad was higher up

@@jabedhus yes but that’s not what I want. I only need this for playing SNES so have no need for the sticks. So what I actually want is this form factor but doesn’t need to be this powerful and no sticks. The RGB30 gets close with its inline sticks but it still pushes the d-pad and buttons up enough to be not as comfortable as it should be

That RG Cube looks really cute; i'm curious to see how it shakes out. The insidious thing about the Microsoft announcement about closing game studios is that they tried to sweep it under the tech news radar by dropping the announcement during an Apple event, which usually otherwise sweeps the front page.

I'm really excited for the cube. Kind of looks like an RGB30 but with better controls, power, and better ergonomics and less boxy looking

The clamshell is nice but I'll wait for a sale. Too many handhelds with the same processors.

black should really make the garlic OS a lite version so like trimUI smart and the RG35XX are meant for it but then the main one could have support to systems above PS1. like DS and N64 and gamecube so yeah, it can make the OS actually worth using.

Didn’t care for the cube until I saw the pink color. My daughter would totally hiijack that from me though, she’s already snatching my SP😂

thing is, anbernic rushed the RG28XX so let's hope the SP doesn't suck.

What seems rushed on it, just because they have things streamlined enough with that h700 chipset in the XX models that they don't take years between devices doesn't mean they have rushed anything, certainly not if you consider stock availability as a measure of readiness.

I’m looking to upgrade from the rg556 to the Odin 2 pro is ayn coming out with another Odin anytime soon? Thinking before I make the purchase and they drop something better

Newscast Topic: From now through May 29th, Mojang is celebrating the 15th anniversary of "Minecraft" with all sorts of sales and giveaways across their various platforms. The Play Store Android version is currently discounted down to just $2 US + local taxes. It's regularly $7 US + local taxes. I've never played any version of "Minecraft" before. Yeah, I know. That changed a couple of hours ago though. I murdered a sheep in a puddle of water and then I drowned in that same puddle a minute later, so that was fun. I have no idea what I'm doing. It's pretty though. Speaking of things that are pretty; I love that RG Cube. I guess Huey Lewis was right, it is hip to be square. And on that note I'll depart to a destination unknown. Unless you guessed to a comfy chair to play "Minecraft", in which case my destination is known.

Yeah, all I need is a joystick, a paddle controller and maybe a track ball. I don't need a lot of processing power. I just want to be able to play the games I play on my Atari 400 on the go. Phooey on GameBoy and Nintendo. Gimme my Atari games! I'm guessing there's an Atari 7800+ coming, but that's not portable. I already have a 7800. Gimme a handheld that will play my Atari games!

The reason i would want dpad on top in the Anbernic cube is the screen ratio. But then this looks good so im probably going with the rest of the sheeple and do as we do.
