From our website: The Posho has an extraction capability of 82 to 85%. This translates to 750kg per hour of which 612 - 637kg is maize meal per hour; the rest is bran. Here is the product page - www.roff.co.za/pages/posho-community-maize-mill

Jean, it's the same machine. In parts of East Africa they call this type of business Posho milling, and use small hammer or roller mills. In other parts they call it community milling, or even service milling. The concept remains the same, people bring their own maize to be milled by the mill owner, and they ask a fee. The Roff Posho mill is a roller mill with screens that separates the bran/chop from the maize meal, so the maize meal is better quality than with hammer mills.
