Why nip it in the bud if it's the change we may or may not need? Congress and Senate should hold a dialogue. But it seems the Senate doesn't want to have a dialogue with congress, because the crocs want to remove the power of the other group of crocs.

Atty. Rodriguez was not instrumental in BBM's winning the presidential election. He had only vote. It was the Marcos loyalists who put BBM in the presidency, the same loyalists who were behind and rallied on Duterte's winning the presidency in 2016 elections. Now, he is with the Duterte's group understandably because of his resentments with PBBM stemmed from his ouster as executive secretary.
