Rodrigo y Gabriela, one of the my fav musical groups of all time. I remember where I was when I first heard them, a Sam Goody in El Paso TX. I heard their 2008 Live in Japan and for the first time ever, I asked the clerk what they were playing and walked out with the CD. My ex and I saw them at Stubb's in Austin and I saw them last year in Santa Fe. It was a complete circle as I chatted up with Abraham Alexander and showed him the vinyl "Live from Japan". Bro did me a big favor and took it to them for them to sign. Love this band. I need to check them out again as this song is different but doesn't feel poppy and that's what I like.

I've been a fan for years and just tonight got to see them at the show in Columbus, OH. They're even more incredible when you're in the same room with them. You can feel it when she pounds on that guitar. With the reverb and room acoustics it's like she's playing three instruments at the same time. I love the records, but it's so much better live.

Good. However, it sounds like Gabriela's unique 'rhythm percussion' and the impact that brings, might be muddied in the mix. When Gabriela plays in your usual duet, the sound is unmistakable. She adds life, vitality, energy, verve to a song. I'm listening on good headphones, but her sound seems to have had the sharp, organic edges smoothed off. _Summary:_ good, but Gabriela's punchy 'human' sound is diluted. Maybe a better mix, or less processed? But, just my opinion. Best Wishes to You Both for a Healthy, Happy, Peaceful 2024. ☮

I LOVE them to no end but this new album just seems so over produced and watered down compared to previous albums. Still love em though!

I agree. The instrumental was fantastic, the vocal part was almost a distraction (but a very small distraction) ❤

There's no words and music that's playing why does it look like they're playing something else this is a terrible video if you're going to show a band at least play the music that they're playing because that didn't match at all that was actually kind of stupid you should have been playing but the music playing doesn't match what the bands playing

That nasally Peter Frampton style talk box gimmick is pure garbage. Ruined an otherwise fantastic song.
