Honestly Rodri is such an artist. Everything he does defending passing shooting etc. is just a work of art. He’s one of the most complete defensive midfielders we’ve seen tbh. No weaknesses in his game technically.

Busquets was more composed and arguably more reliable to defend. He also had better ball retention. But Rodri is definitely better for a team that needs someone who can make sure his team gets lots of goals, he has great passing ability and is not afraid to shoot when he wants. If he refines his dribbling slightly(and keeps winning of course) he will become without a doubt a top 3 cdm all-time since 2000.

@@F10KProductions despite both being cdm , rodri seems more effective in shooting and dribbling is very good , busquets used to control the midfield and didn't need to move much amd was effective in defending and using combo of fast feet drills to get away from players . As a footballer i, seriously don't know which one is better and cant compare coz both are unique , so don't act like rodri is below, don't come with arguments like ,busquets is playing way before than rodri etc etc . yours channels is big and your content is good ,act accordingly.
I'm a madridista but busquets is way too clear than this guy
