Nye Martin hi Nye the videos started of so people from around the world can see what my country side looks like and also me and my pal having a laugh at 50 years old unfortunately my pal and I had to sell the trikes but are back on bikes I have the specialized levo turbo comp so should be fun 👌

Hi gary thanks i will do won't be for a while as got to save up to get my recumbent quadcycle which costs roughly £3800 so abit of a wait lol, i plan on cycling around the whole of britain around the coastlines. :-) in one go threw a week or so, it might take longer lol.

AngelCloud76 hi if you can try and google. zebra on a bike. She has just done the same 5000 mile around the uk. On a trike she did daily blogs on Facebook I’m sure she is still on plus she had all the best routes to use. She is definitely your first port of call. 👍

Nice video. Some fun descents. How did the trike and you handle the climbs?

They are slow but more than makes up for it on the fun descents 👌

Shorter crank arms will help with knee pain. long cranks on a recumbent trike cause the knee's to bend too sharply causing pain. There are also spacers that move your feet further apart to square them up with your shoulders. That can also help. :). Enjoyed the ride. May I suggest..? at the beginning or end, put to camera on you so we get a picture of who is riding. Are those Zafal mirrors..? which model/brand..?

You’ve probably covered this on another video and I just can’t remember, but what are you recording the video with? Is it a GoPro and a chest harness? The video and sound quality is really high so 👍🏻 and I’m wanting to replicate it to record my own rides, once I take ownership of my new ICE Trike Adventure HD. 👍🏻👍🏻

Casey Forrest hi yes I use a GoPro 5 on a chest strap and it works fine tried it on my head and it was just to much movement Enjoy your Trike pal

gary sofield hey mate. Thank you so much. I thought it was a chest harness but wasn’t sure. I have seen them mounted on the helping handles too but there is a lot of movement if you don’t have full suspension. My trike is coming with rear suspension just because I already have lower back issues. Than so much for replying. Much appreciated x

The standard gearing on these things are normally the same as bicycles...if you really want to enjoy yourself and are prepare to fork out the money...put a Slumph Drive in front...and a Rholoff hub atcthe back...thats my setup for touring....and I will go up mt everest with this thing....this set up give me 28gears

Yes chest cam stopped a lot of vibration 👌

Hmmm....Isn't a trike supposed to be faster than bicycles? Since watching the video got a trik , the ICE Sprint X 26 Tour. Like ion the video, cyclists shoot past you , very demoralising.
