I used to work with Rod moving furniture in Joliet, IL. He could train a dog like no one I've ever seen. That was before he started breeding. One of the most unique individuals I've ever met. RIP Rod.

Hands down one of the best yard tours ever...cus of him I use straw all year round

I really like your cable setup and your barrel houses are really good and cost effective

He had some really good dogs that got the pedigrees changed unfortunately, happened alot back then & today I had a few in the 90's.Guy I got them from was a good friend of his.His early breeding's were really good dogs.

He had his flaws but many a good man and families have grown and bee shaped cause of his knowledge and the knowledge of his tutors as well. RK was something else.

I’ve been blessed to have some of his dogs straight snatchers once one of my 6 week old puppy grabbed hold of my next door neighbors poodle that was twice his size and wouldn’t let go of him and every puppy I breed off the dogs I got from him where quality dogs and bred well with what I had

As a friend of Old School, you are correct They aren't the type that Should sit ona sofa ad waste away. Although they will sleep there as they guard the family and await a meal. RKs work lives on via Old School Originals, his Kid and a few Families they helped get started since the 90s. OSO loves them Ch.Alligator and Family of Families them an their OFRN'S. Kept as the Old timer's kept them.

Don had a fee students actually. Rod being One and a Good one at that, he didn't get to do as much as he had dreamt and made choices that didn't offer the best directions for himself or often his yard but the Families still live On via a few that Built off him n a few With his yards. Some will say neg but those that do, you will see that their worth is little to none even within their Own home. 😊

Just saw some of his blood in my dogs ped, and since this is my 1st purebred on pups on ground, im researching all I can.
