Rocky Mountaineer Silverleaf service between Vancouver and Kamloops (Day 1) | part 1
In today's video, I'll take you along with me on my Rocky Mountaineer trip from Vancouver to Kamloops on Day 1 of the First Passage to the West . I'm staying in SilverLeaf service, so I'll show you what the experience is like in the second class carriages: where you sit and what you can eat. I'll show you all the amazing views you can expect from the Rocky Mountaineer.

Thank you for sharing your amazing experience. :) I am going to Banff by Rocky mountaineer this Monday, so excited. I wonder about seat. How can you get a window seat? Can we request that?

Oh amazing! Hope you have the best time! They allocate seats at check-in, which you will do at the hotel. My advice is to check in the night before (not the morning) & you’re more likely to get a window seat. I did ask at check in if I could have a window seat and they told me you get what you’re given (but they did give me a window seat & no one was sat next to me).

I travelled on the Rocky mountaineer late summer - at the end of August. Rocky mountaineer only run the Canadian service between May & October due to weather conditions. Glad you liked the video & thank you for the lovely comment! ❤️
If you are a vegetarian why eat cheese cake????

Cheesecake doesn’t have any meat in it. In case you don’t know what a vegetarian is, here’s some light reading: vegsoc.org/eating-veggie/
without giving the price, this video has little meaning...the traveler wants to know the cost..options, etc...tks
