Rocky Mountain National Park Road Trip | Estes Park - Longs Peak (Van Life Winnebago Revel)
Road Trip Rocky Mountain National Park in our Winnebago Revel Mercedes Benz Sprinter. Check it out as we van life around the park and discover the best things to do in Rocky Mountain National Park including hiking the tallest mountain in the park, Longs Peak. We start out in Glacier Basin Campground, travel via shuttle bus to Bear Lake which lead to Dream Lake and Nymph Lake, and then we prepare for our biggest hike yet, Longs Peak. Lastly, we check out Estes Park and finally end with the Trail Ridge Road.
We use our Camper Van as a means of travel and accommodations as we travel throughout Rocky Mountain National Park. Rocky Mountain is a large national park so you will need a car or RV to hit all the spots. The Trail Ridge Road is the number one thing to do in Rocky as it peaks at 12,000 feet. Hiking, wildflowers, and sunsets are other popular things to do and see!

Love you guys and your content! Next time you drive on that road say some words for my brother. He passed away in the river on the side. I hope you guys enjoyed our beautiful state! 💜 Oh and don't feel bad about not making it. Sometimes natives can't even do it! I usually do that hike with like 5-10 people and there's always one of us that has some type of problem. It just comes with the adventuring territory lol

Very impressed with your hike at that altitude. We had to laugh seeing get up so early in the morning. Watching you walk the next day is just one example of what it’s like to be 70. LOL!

We probably did not acclimate long enough and the early morning start definitely drained us! Haha oh man gonna make sure we stretch.

In bear country you’ll ned a portable electric fence around your campsite. Less than 2.5 lbs for huge peace of mind
Wife and I love Estes Park. Did ya get any saltwater taffy because it’s awesome. Love The Stanley spooky Hotel. The bar has a great bourbon selection. My wife vacuumed the entire time so I watched you guys with no sound. I’ll not be doing that hike. Lol. Good job.

We slept over in the Stanley parking lot 🤫 no We didn’t get the salt water taffy this time. Next time we will be to.

Thanks! A little slower on the initial gas pedal, but once the RPMs climbed then no issues. It seems to be a known Sprinter thing.

Not to bad. 20 min. Once you are in there was very minimal traffic
