That's why I'm a Ron Paul supporter. Let people be free to make their own decisions and receive praise or blame for them. That bureaucrat is symbolic of similar ones who think they can make decisions for people better than the people can.

To correct Rocky and the commissioner(and Hillary Clinton), the Pursuit of Happiness is in the Declaration of Independence and not the Constitution. The Pursuit of Happiness is one of the inalienable rights granted to us by God along with life and liberty.

To correct you sir, in his rebutle to Rocky asking about the pursuit of happiness he states “NO, that is the pursuit of happiness” as in he is not correlating the pursuit of happiness as being in the bill of rights

Well Stallone did the script for Rocky in 1975 he wrote screenplay for all Rocky movies and created the characters himself so yes he wrote speech since also wrote screen play for Rocky Balboa and was director of several of movies. The only movie he didn’t write screen play was for Creed

No politics are being brought into this. He just brought up Ron Paul's Libertarian contention that people should be free to make their own life decisions and not a bunch of desk jockeys and bureaucrats.
