Love the porch! You are right. Perfect for a retired couple or newlyweds. It’s very well done with wooden racks in the closet, etc.

I remember the Don’t be Salty! LOL I’d chop that bar down to counter height and add a beautiful top. Would look dynamite. Screen in the porch, upgrade both entry doors and swap the storm door to the 2nd entry.

We live near the other Titan in Gtown, but also have a farm about an hour away. We need weekend place out there. We looked at this one several times, but it just a little too small. Anything you recommend that is a DW (nice) and best bang for your buck from these Titan folks? There are 5 of us and we spend a good bit of time scouring your channel trying to find something accommodating, but also local. Also, thanks for sharing your faith occasionally on the channel! Plant those seeds, you never know who will grow!

If I counted correctly, only two drawers? Iwould insist on the cupboards in the dining area have drawers with them. Probably a small upcharge but worth it to me. This looks like a great place for a single or a retired couple. Wow! They hand a toilet paper holder installed in the bathroom. I don't think I have ever seen that before. One of thos thing that you have to go buy long with towel racks. I like this house if i was by myself.

Why don't they put in tankless water heater? They take up less room and provide on-demand hot water.

For $110K-$130K, I was expecting to see something spectacular. I do like wood siding. If you live in an area that has hunting or kids that throw rocks, it is easier to repair than vinyl siding. I like the porch. The floorplan isn't the best. Tiny bedrooms aren't very practical unless you want to use it as an office or nursery. I would look for a split bedroom plan where the secondary bedroom/bath are off the living room. You eliminate wasted hallway space in that type of a plan that can be better used in the bedroom. I also don't like corner sinks in a kitchen. Not much counter space in the kitchen. The primary bedroom should have an extra window for cross ventilation. I know that a company just wants to make a profit, but just a few tweaks and a few extra hundred bucks (which would be passed to the buyer anyway) would make a really great home. Chance, I love your enthusiasm! Many of the models you show are duds, but you make them all sound like diamonds!
