“ I Was Only 19”. is another great song.

Yes, this is the song I considered to be number one. I remember being in the second grade, and one of my classmates had a Dad in the Army, can't remember his name but he was ALWAYS singing this song and talking about his Dad. Such a great, patriotic song and the movie by the same name did very well also.
