Just put two in a smart fortwo.... Sounds decent on the factory radio... Can't wait for a 100 watt rms amplifier x2 hookup

I want a good base specific 8" speaker that fits in my miata door . I am running a crossover, tweeters and class d amplifier (base system deleted). What do you guys have for someone like me. This has been more difficult than selecting my mattress

I read that there frequency response is 85-5000 Hz if I don't have a spot for a tweeter would you recommend I look around for a different 6.5in speaker?

around $200 for amp and less then $200 for the speakers ideally im also running 2 of the new Orion XTR pros powered by an Orion amp that puts out 2500 rms in a suv so i would like to have something with higher output.

I need 6.5s in the rear as well, I have been looking at the kicker ks for a while now and listen to a lot of EDM

Quality Mobile Video I'm wanting to do a system in my car and this is what I'm thinking about doing, 2 p1 punch 6X9's 2 of the 5's in this video some Rockford fosgate twets and a sundown 8 in sub with an Orion amp

What kind of sound do these speakers produce? Some people are saying these aren't meant for mid-bass and some people are. Would these speakers be good to replace my component door drivers for mid-bass or would they mess up my sound-stage from the tweeters?

These are specifically designed for midrange detail. So if your system's already strong in the highs and lows, a pair of these speakers will really fill out the sound.

Hi , for the 8 inch 4 ohms 125 rms .a amplifier 65 Watts each channel will give me good sound.

No. All about mid range sound quality.

I'd recommend getting tweeters for the high frequencies that these can't produce. These mids are great, but their frequency range is 80 Hz to 5 kHz, hence mids. For a well balanced system you'll want tweeters to handle frequencies above 5kHz, then to go ever more in depth get a sub to handle below 80Hz

10 inch mid?? Sounds like bass to me...
