It’s not simple as trading, He is due for massive contract and many teams that are lacking any future picks are willing to take a chance on Jalen for a max extension if Rockets don’t resign him but they don’t wants to trade for him if he signed max with HOU. Depends on how he plays HOU might even let him go for nothing if any of Jabari or Tari showing massive improvement on their 3rd year. Our core 7 looks great but I don’t think anyone is worth +$50 mil per season good
