Middle screen and jailbreak screen...lineman love it

I just wanted to say thank you for this video. I installed this play last week and we scored on it. We had to run it three times but our WR was barely touched. This is a must for 8 man football.

Added it in one week against our toughest team in our league ran it twice scored twice over 50 yds each time. then ran the fake twice to the wing scored 2 more times! both over 50 yards each time! then ran the screen to the TB scored a 70 yd TD. Worked great against aggressive D line and Man coverage. Made me look like a genius. Thanks coach

So the lineman are letting the D-Line get into the backfield and they are picking up the linebackers?

like the concept...moving the X or Y into the middle off the natural pick..just one thought though.. why not have the wideout just settle down for the pass? his flow takes him away from his blockers on most of those examples.. no disrespect, really like the design

Coach Eien, Are these set plays for each position? Is the QB reading the pressure to determine whether he should make the throw to X or F on the X rocket Screen? Curious to know if the QB make any reads on the play.

Tyler Collins No Reads by the QB. The plays are set to a called WR/RB. The play calls would be X Rocket, H Rocket or Fake X Rocket F Swing

How do the blocking assignments change on the Fake X Rocket F Swing for the offensive line? Are they selling the X Rocket as well? Also, do you use the X to block the widest defender on the H rocket or just run a fly route with him to pull him away?

The line run the same path on Rocket Screen and block the RB Screen the same. On H Rocket X runs a Fade to pull CB off.

Its funny how out of all these plays, I never saw ONE guy go for a touchdown from it! -_- some play huh -_- (It fakes the defensive line but not the line backers or defensive backs, which are the fastest on the defense, so the most you can get from this is 20-40 yards, IF your lucky enough NOT to get picked off :P)

It's a screen pass dude, unless the defense totally collapses they never go for TDs...

they actually could've scored on almost every play, if the 0ffensive line and receivers were better at blocking! watch it again and notice how many blocks were missed,
