Take it for what it's worth. The stock head looks to have a half moon combustion chamber. Yours is round, that to me means better air flow but lower compression. That is probably why it is milled down to get the compression back up or even higher. That looks better than stock. You probably have a high lift cam so it needed stronger springs. So is Max going to get what it had or is it going to get detuned.
