ROCKEFELLER OYSTERS | Chef Yuyi

Ingredients:
- Fresh Oysters
- White onion
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Manchego cheese
- Cream
- Spinach
Process:
1. Chop the spinach in chiffonade, garlic and onion finely chopped.
2. Boil water in a pot and then in a strainer put the spinach and pass the boiling water over.
3. In a saucepan with butter and olive oil put the onion and garlic to saute and then add the spinach.
4. Once cooked, add the cream and let it boil for a minute.
5. Put the oysters in a pyrex and each put a spoonful of the spinach cream and top with manchego cheese
6. Put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes to grate the cheese.
