Rockcastle Speedway presented it's second race program of the 2023 racing season. A near-record 126 cars were on hand for the show. The main event of the evening was the Cumberland Plateau Modified series which visited the track. 43 competitors were on hand to do battle in the division. The 25 lap contest came down to the wire with #10 Bryan Barber and #68 Adam Stricker swapping the lead several times over the final three laps. Barber was able to make an outside pass off the final turn to win the contest by a few feet. Rockcastle Speedway is a 3/8 mile clay oval located near Mount Vernon, Kentucky.
