Just for anyone who is curious. The little cord attachment or "lanyard string" that he features in the video at 0:29 is commonly referred to as a "cell phone strap" (which is what you'll find them listed under on various sites like amazon or ebay) or by the proper name for them which is a "lariat" or "strap lariat". If you're like I was, I just saved you a good bit of a whole day's searching on the internet trying to find these little bastards. :)

Thanks for the great video. What do you call that plastic accessory for the end of the lanyard? I looked on eBay but no luck finding it.

my son has asked for a lanyard with 3 colors and a side release buckle at the back of the neck. Do you have a video for something like this?

I was just wondering where you got the little string on the end of the release buckle at.

Nice! Although I am concerned that there is no break away feature. 550 lb cord around your neck getting stuck could kill.

You have measurements on full sized lanyard?

Any chance you could make a video on this but with a clasp at the back of the neck? Working in manufacturing, we must have a release at the back of the neck in case the id badge gets caught in the machinery so as to not be strangled.

Howdy! I'm not sure if you know what a euro/jaeger or a hands free leash looks like. I'm looking to have one made, or a tutorial on how to incorporate the clasps. If you have any advice, please let me know if you have anything available like this. Thanks.

Yes, I have made hands free leashes before. A little different from the jaeger. In my opinion, what I create is a little better.
