Rock was never natural. Dude was juicing when he started in WWF way back in the day. He had to get gyno surgery in the late 90's because of it.

John Cena definitely thinks he is bigger than how he is actually perceived. In the 80's, he would have been another Brooklyn Brawler. He is lucky Austin, Foley, Michael's, Flair, Hogan, Nash, Hart, Rock and HHH were pretty much done.
