I had droped in water , play on water but still it's fine , but there is no waterprof description in the box. You can easily clean with cloth.

They will give car rechargeable batteries But u have to buy 2 AA batteries from your local store for remote

if the three cars are on different frequencies it will work, if they are all on the same frequency the signal will jam each other.look under the controller for the frequency used.
