    As much as it disgusts me to think of arcadian rift, thus really brought me back to the gold old days before David decided to incarnate his old Minecraft youtuber gene

    just watched your wrist-rockets again and i realised that if you were to add a flamethrower, then youd have to add in a slide mechanic.. which i know is cheesy but i saw another comment here talk about different armour types (light, heavy etc) so what is the light armour allowed you to slide like in COD games.. i also saw another comment that mentioned grappling. so imagine grappling onto something and shooting someone, then landing and gliding past another group of enemies as you devour them with flamethrowers. love the progress

    The slide mechanic is pretty cool, but I don’t want too much advanced movement especially because missions will vary in size. For example fighting in a ship will likely make the grapple hook useless. Definitely going to have a flamethrower though!

    Nice video, short and to the point. The dismemberment looks great and adds a lot of juice! Also, I think the ship design is looking cool, but Id suggest looking at more games or art of ships that are meant for boarding other ships. For example, marauders is a game all about boarding your ship to other and even has space combat.

    Agreed, I think I will go with a bigger ship, as it allows way more room for other things like Multiple Boarding Pods. A Hangar and more, I’ve seen a few clips of marauders but I’ll check out some more about it. I appreciate the feedback! 👍

    Hey man! Awesome video, and I love the direction of the game. If I may ask, I was curious where you got the skyboxes from. I've been struggling with a skybox for a while now in a project I'm making 😅, and would love to know! Anyways, great stuff and can't wait to for the next devlog ^^

    Thanks!! I got them from the Unreal Marketplace, just searched space skyboxes and found a whole load of them. 👍

    i think what the ship may be lacking is some flaps, as you see on the bad batch shuttle it has wings and smaller flaps wich make it feel more move-able

    Yeah, wings definitely make it seem more mobile, I kind of want something bigger. Probably leaning towards a ship like the ghost from rebels.

    I watched all your devlog videos and it's so fun to watch ideas come into reality. As a person who recently started to learn about Unity and who wants to make an arena shooter with Titanfall 2 and Doom elements, these types of videos just encourage me to learn Unity and just have fun with it.     Awesome video! The game is looking super kool. Also really like the dismemberment system of the game. It does make the weapon feel like it has more power. Also like how you plan out the model with scale in mind. That is very helpful to keep everything in correct size. The models looks super kool as well. Keep it up! :)

    I don't remember if you mentioned it before, but is the armour cosmetic only or do they actually have baring to gameplay? The former is fine, but it'd be neat if it's the latter. That way players can customize their playstyle how they want it. Light armour, but faster movement and smaller hitbox. Or heavy armour with _slightly_ slower movement and bigger hitbox. And it doesn't have to be as basic as light vs heavy armour, maybe some armour gives buffs, like can hold more gadgets. Mostly inspired by TF2's weapons, and how you can pretty much change the class's entire playstyle by switching some loadouts around. And also a bit inspired by Mark of the Ninja's different suits, as there's one for aggression which gives tougher armour and makes you hit harder, or the stealth suit which absolutely silences all the noise you make but you have no sword. Something like that, which adds replay value too.

    I really like this idea and haven’t thought of it that way. (Carry more gadgets or gives perks like being able to hit harder) I think I should add in customization with gameplay abilities. It will only add to the experience and give the players more options to play the game. Thanks for the ideas! 👍
