The operational capacity of the loading-into-boxes application (eight robots) is 240 pizza cases per minute, which equals 20 complete boxes. The approximate performance of the given robotics configuration for 7 hours shift is 100,800 pizza cases or 8,400 boxes. This solution is developed by T.O.P inc.
End of arm tooling
The ellipse shape of the cup ensures good stability in lateral movement and gives a greater load capacity compared to round suction cups. The internal design of the suction cups enables high-speed application while maintaining its “pull off/on” easy-change feature. The grippers are supplied by GRIPWIQ.
