hiya- my roborock only maps certain areas so it is incomplete, how ca`n i make sure the map is complete

Really enjoy your videos! I've had 2 Roborocks for three years. The mapping function is incredibly simple and accurate. I also purchased an IRobot Braava Jet M6 in January. The mapping function is difficult, requires multiple passes to finally "learn" a space, and is incredibly and wildly inaccurate. You'd think mapping functions would be similar across the brands but they aren't.

Thank You, as of now, the Lidar based robot Vacuums offer the easiest and quickiest mapping. iRobot is behind on this but in other areas are pretty good like the simple interface.

Ecovacs has a new feature. Smart Corner cleaning. Wondering if you could test that out and see if it cleans corners any better. Not sure how it works, does it blow air, or does something with the brushes.

Hi! Thanks for a nice video. I just got my Roborock S8. I can’t seem to save my maps even though I ticked the “Map saving”-box. I’ve seen other videos that shows the app and when they’re inside the “Manage Maps” it says they can save the maps. I can’t seem to do that and it says “Edit” just like yours does in minute 2:50. Why can’t I save it?

Hello thanks for this tutorial. It says to do mapping with obstacles. Will the map be accurate? What is some of the obstacles have bern removed, will the robot still clean those hidden areas? Tq

Hello Sir, I have a Ecovacs Deebot T20, and am trying to use it on multiple floors. Do I have to take the charging base to different floors to use it? It's quite heavy. If I only take the robot to a different floor without the charging station, after cleaning, the robot will keep trying to find the charging station. After a long time looking, it will stop and say it can't find the charging station.

Hello, yes for initial mapping requires the dock. After the robot has mapped your area than you don’t need the dock.

Can you make a video on how to setup room preference on Roborock Q Revo. My Q Revo would save battery- it travels one side of the house to the other unnecessarily draining battery for no reason. Thank you

Any idea which brand would work best with a ramp going into a sunken living room?

Hi. i have a xiaomi E10C robot vacuum and i cant find manage maps in the app. can you help me? my app is update

Doesn't show how to get the Dreametech to map at all.

What app are you using? The Dreamhome app gives me no options. All I can do is start cleaning manually. There is no quick mapping, no go zones, multiple levels, etc. Worst app ever

What model of Robot Vacuum do you have will depend on what App is compatible.
