Robos are very cute. I think they are the cutest hamster you can get. If you have one who pees on its wheel do you think you should try to litterbox train it or just keep cleaning its wheel?

The one gripe I have is that the running wheels are too small for the hamster’s back because it will likely snap their spine or damage it to some extent. The overall cage setup and the size is not great either as they need a LOT of running space!! Really bad! I have four Roborovski hamsters and their setup is much bigger and better than this one! 👎🏻

Great video! Thanks for sharing. I admire your creativity. Just a note: Even though winter white hamsters are small they also need a lot of space. Mine lives in 150 x 50 cm plus second floor. 🙂 I know one person who has hers free roaming! By the way what beddings do you use?

Thanks! The shavings i use this this video is chipsy wood shavings. But i switch to aspen and carefresh.

My robos started fighting after 3 weeks, the other one had to live in a small cage for a while (45x30cm), the other cage is 70x40cm but now I got him a huge 100x50 cage, hope he likes it 😁 Is 100x50cm too big in your opinion?

robos are hard to keep in multiples. even if they are getting along in the first few months, there are no assurance that it will remain the same for the rest of the year. thats the very reason why we should always keep an eye if ever something goes wrong. If they fight, then we have to separate them.

- Firebreather - Hey, I know that this is from a long time ago, but 100x50 is the bare minimum in Germany for any type of hamster. Bigger will always be better no matter what ;) You should really look up German hamster care 🤗

Oldest robo was 2 years. But they can live up to 3 years

The recomended hight of the bedding is 6 inch po it means that dapat ung taas ng bedding na nilalagay niyo is half of a ruler

my food mix right now is a combination of these: Vitakraft Menu + Crisply muesli versa laga + Jolly fullvit + rolled oats. Then once a day or other day of lab blocks heart smart

may hamsters na hindi fond na hinahawakan tlga. may iba naman clingy so check mo anung klaseng hamster meron ka then adjust ka dun.

As per video, difference nila is size, behaviour, hitsura, lifespan, and price. Tingin ko lang kaya mahal ang robo kasi mas mahirap mag breed ng robo compared to campbell dwarf hamsters. And personally, mas cute para saakin ung muka ng robo mas charming siya. :)

Yeah. I agree and they are so expensive too.but based on my experience Syrian hamster is better than any of the Hamster species. They are cheap. Easy to tame at Di na ngangagat.

it actually still depends on the temperament. May ibang robos na na tatame easily while may iba na hindi. As in tatakbuhan ka and nangangagat. Easiest i would say is Syrian hamster na itame. Pero hindi siya cheap :))

You need more kusot or bedding and like more toys and the wheel its too small better to separate the hamsters they are solitary animals I hope you will read this and if you clean the hamster cage dont clean the whole cage and is just the hamsters personality to pee on the wheel and not all hamsters like grain food okay
