I remember playing a kaizo level and it was just 2 puzzles I found out in 5 minutes

Vyriss should add an option to mark your level as either Platformer (or something like that) or Roleplay, so people can see that something is a roleplay level and not enter it thinking it's a platformer level

6:01 this is actually one of the level types I encountered. It was an ice themed green hill, and I was playing as Metal Sonic (the character I almost always play as when possible) and I went through the entire level fine, until I got to the goal ring, and found that it was in a passage blocked by a Tails gate. It was a while ago so I can't remember if I managed to find a way in or not.

You know I usually use moble for the layout of my levels and then I'll use PC for object placements ^^ it's is really easy! It really ok if you can't place anything down on moble u can use the level chunks as mini obstacles to the level! Ps: I don't know what I'm on about lel this is just how I do it to design my levels

6:29 I know how in past I playing level "Sky Sanctuary",where I played as Metal Sonic. And in "portal" (just spring" creator placed Metal door to block him way,but I jumped on it before this blocked spring,and I "got through level"

The "motobug motobug zone" in the thumbnail made me think of that Madagascar scene except with a motobug instead of a hippo coming out of the water

I wish they added more special stage creators like s1

2:58 I'm guilty,but I don't make stuff like restraunts,cities (only casino night) etc.I just make multiple zones and pathways.

Actually people are allowed to do whatever they want on the game, like rp restaurants can be made, I made one but with a twist where most of the level was just challenges, anyway people can do whatever they want, the only thing I agree is straight lines and spamming robots and no robots at all to your level. I mean Straight lines are just a waste of a level, spamming robots levels ain't enjoyable at all, because they are mostly just meant for Super Sonic, and no robots just makes the level boring.

well yea, but it's not very fun to play a Diner level when it has an actually good idea and they have no reason to exist, not many use the character abilities and there are better diner RP games on ROBLOX

I think a stage around Super Sonic would work if it was executed properly.

@@HeadestHead I made a level based around super sonic wirth no badniks, rings, or any way to die. It was just a puzzle stage on how to escape an infinite loop " 100% something you shouldn't add." To make said loop, you simply must make a loop. and put another loop around it. Height of inner loop should be the same as the height of the outer loop.

true, but Super Sonic in this game is too overpowered for many good levels around him I usually just block him from my levels because he's too good

Haha, a level with no badnik is fine for me, at least give it obstacles, and it's your opinion, for me the level layout is fine ! It's better than randomly putting a badniks ! Bland or flat look is no problem for me ! As long as it's fun, but it sometime hurt or either make it looks bland. And for me, a roleplay level is fine, but it has to be playable normally tho. A hard level is fine, as long as it's completable and playable for any allowed character. And there's no poor placement, it's just disordered placement!, Because it was 'bad'-nik placement😂

yep, I only recently started doing this after seeing a Death Egg Sonic 3 level, I thought it was a funny use to stop the Super Sonic users so I started doing it

Funny enough: I played what seemed to be a normal level until I reach the end and found out it’s a RESTAURANT LEVEL, WITH NO TITLE HINT OF TELLING ME THAT WHATSOEVER

Ok so I’m getting a lot of comments telling me on why some choice levels are here, I’ll elaborate on why: 1:12 The level geometry is fine but it lacks a lot of objects to make it an actual level, yes, I am aware “good future” levels lack enemies, but putting in barely any objects just makes the level boring 2:01 The reason why this isn’t good is because it’s not exactly built around having a boosted jump or speed and is just a large field with nothing but badniks and the occasional object / stage hazard. 3:00 I’m going to state this as many times as possible, I don’t see CSS as a roleplaying game. Unless you’re going to argue that “oh but actually I and (group) RP” and act like a snarky asshole, or “uh actually why include it here it doesn’t matter” when it’s the most widespread stereotypical level you’d see on public servers. Save yourself the time in writing down a comment berating me for including a RP level (that I actually made myself as a joke) because I’m already sick of so many comments telling me that it shouldn’t be included here. And if you’re going to RP I suggest you go on an actual RP game instead because RPing on CSS is just laughable. 6:52 Yes this happens a lot in Sonic 1-3&K, no it’s therefore not bad placement. I’m pretty sure nobody’s exactly a real fan of Metropolis Zone’s bullshit.
