I'm not smart but like he said you can change the position where the "Drop" spawns you can just change it to the mailbox so the "Drop" just spawn in and gives money.

Oh my gosh thank you for finally coming back and uploading recently. I know that you might've been a little busy the past months but I really missed sitting all alone in my bedroom watching your videos instead of doing my homework. After I few videos I noticed that you went in hiding for about a month or more but I always refused to look at any scripting videos from anyone else but you! I'm so glad your back and I hope you can upload like this again but not so often such as every day. I understand but thank you! You always find a way to make my day. Sorry for the long paragraph but it's true and I just needed to spit it out!

Thanks Alvin, very useful. One question, wouldn't it be better to give the dropper and conveyer as standard basis equipment for each user? Or for free, how is one going to buy the conveyer and dropper if you need that to make money?

Hey AlvinBlox you can make a quick video about this. When you press file on roblox studio there are so many buttons and I don't know how to use them. I have seen from your other videos when you just start making your game and want to publish it to roblox you would press the 'publish to roblox button'. I don't really know what buttons to press when I come back to roblox studio another day and want to make changes to the game which I want to be applied to the game on roblox as well. Could someone help? Can someone also explain what all the buttons mean and do like 'save to file', 'save to file as', 'save to roblox', 'publish to roblox', 'publish to roblox as'.

I'm really confused right now. for some reason my game is just not working. some buttons work while some don't and some items appear after I activate the buttons for them and some don't. I checked and all of them are built the same with the correct Id they just stopped working after I began doing this video tutorial but previously the first button worked. also the hole enabling disabled scripts just doesn't work and the scripts don't seam to work. I am really confused with this one and maybe someone has the same issue. I feel like its likely due to me making a mistake to start and everything working fine but I might of messed with the plot handler code and now its just somehow broken.

whenever i step on a button with the id of 1, it will not summon the item with the attribute id of item to unlock, but it will summon the item with the id of 2. i have no idea how to fix it, and it only gets worse when the third object to buy gets added.

So, the first object I made is a door and that comes up when I hit the button. However, the dropper and conveyer doesn't. And when I look under my workspace, if I hit more and more instances of the dropper, conveyer, or door pop up. But still the dropper and conveyer don't appear. Do I need to put a stop somewhere? Can someone pls help me fix this?

Any clue as to why? i think its because the parts im trying to get are models but im not sure what to do about it Please help thank you

If you are looking for parts that are Models as Alvin put into his Video you shouldn't use CFrame, but Pivot instead.

on my game there is a bug that it subtracts the cash multiple times when i step on a button how can i fix that

In the Dropper Script, I have an error "CFrame is not a valid member of Model" the model is the same dropper in the video so I don’t understand? I tried to fix it with "PivotTo" but it doesn’t work either… pls someone help me

Just test it out put 10 anywhere see what works (ex. also İf you put 0, 0, 10 and you see that it's going backwards change it to 0, 0, -10)

Haven't tested it but I think it has the same logic as touching the button and a item appearing, try putting the button2 in the items folder and when you press button1, button2 appears and moves to the buttons folder

Try script.Parent.Velocity = script.Parent.CFrame.LookVector * 14 and if its not working make it -14 also you can increase and descrease the speed by increasing/ decreasing the number

Idk if you'll see this but I have conveyors facing different ways on different plots and the conveyor will end up pushing the parts the wrong way when loaded in different areas. (this is the same conveyor, in the same area, but on different plots with different rotations) How could I fix this?

already figured it out if somebody else has this problem just use this script on a random part in the model: local repeater=1 local Plot = script.Parent.Parent.Parent.Parent local PlotOwnerUserId = Plot:GetAttribute('UserId') while repeater==1 do task.wait(1) local PlayerObject = game.Players:GetPlayerByUserId(PlotOwnerUserId) PlayerObject.leaderstats.Cash.Value += 1 end

I kinda get errors in the output command but the game works perfectly fine the error is: 20:31:39.990 InsertService cannot be used to load assets from the client - Client

@@CakeMCGames I troubleshot a bunch of stuff, and it may be that the one script that has parent.parent.parent.parent needs either one more, or some less depending on how you’ve built stuff. You could try adding another “.parent” or taking one away and see if that works. That was my problem because I had an extra decoration on the conveyor so it didn’t go up high enough

Instead of '.CFrame' you say ':PivotTo()' when it is a model. E.g Part.CFrame = CFrame.new(1,2,3) -> Model:PivotTo(CFrame.new(1,2,3))
