Btw after the mountain theres a war zone whit a outpost (I suggest keeping the regular car because the cooler one kinda sucks cuz its really hard to control) You can just avoid every enemy by driving to the left or right side of the road (also beware of the gift bombs) Edit: Finally got it so theres a key in lab inside the outpost if you got to your left on top floor just take the key and open the left door in the boiler room

I already get it Bc all the entities were not attacking it took a LONG time when we arrived at base nothing is there only me and the team at the base so we just got it
