I like the duality of the lore for this game. For people who have played submarine simulator and haven't watched videos on who "The Smiles Family" is which is what this game's story is kinda sorta based off of, they are still able to enjoy this game as a standalone sequel to submarine simulator [SPOILERS FOR THE ENDING OF SUBMARINE SIMULATOR BELOW] For the people who know who The Smiles Family are (either through flamingo's older videos or just through myth wikis) and have completed submarine simulator, this game serves as kind of a "continuation" to that series. It doesn't have the villain from the original, diamond eyes, and instead features the monster from submarine simulator which makes sense because in the ending of submarine simulator, when the sub gets lifted back up, the monster comes with you onto dry land and starts attack the residents of the surface world. So, this sort of connects to the first game in a sort of a timeline of events kind of way.

I digged a little and found that submarine simulator and night watch are actually both most likely made by the smiles family. Which would mean both of these games are actually canon to smiles family lore.

@@radimmacho3635 I assume in the timeline, night watch had happened before Albert visited. They might have gotten rid of the dog, which is why Albert never saw him when he came over.

@@flugergames5271 the monster isn't diamond eyes, as the entity states something about a being stronger and wiser than diamond eyes herself, and they have a different appearance. It's actually the entity the player brings up from the ocean in submarine simulator (Aka Jerry), as the entity appears at the end of the game, and the dog has the jumpscare audio of it

Gotta love how they put subwaysurfers there.

i’ve watched many videos about the smiles family and the lore behind it. this just adds more onto it. im glad that even if the “myths” of roblox are mostly gone, the smiles family is still one that pursues in its story. but other than that…i had a laugh when they developers added subway surfers dude they real for that 💀

I actually really like this game. Truly like Alternate Watch, reporting all the objects that are different (mimic, imagery, etc.) Tho, it’s pretty much in dark mode. I love how it also saves your game so you won’t have to do all the stressful stuff all over again. Hoping to see more soon! Very nice video too, Rogurt!

What ive gathered is that this creature is traveling back in time to do what diamond eyes couldnt in the smiles family, and it seems the man from submarine sim is the only one capable of defeating it.

I’m pretty sure this is just a prequel to the actually story of what happened in flamingos videos. You can see the gorilla here that died in Flamingos videos. This is him protecting the family from the creature before diamond eyes directly started hunting the children. The guest that came over was flamingo, and it signaled the start of the Roblox myth videos about the smiles family.

I was expecting this to be the same style of the nightshift experience, turns out it was made by a member of the smiles family

It took me like a whole hour and a half to beat night 3. There is really no room for mistakes. You can't go so quick otherwise youll miss the dog hiding, you can't go too slow otherwise your food will run out. You also have to constantly be checking to make sure the dogs aren't possessing the family. PLUS making sure nothing gets tampered with. And listening for the music

if you guys didn’t know the black character at the ending was diamond eyes who killed the smiles family after Albert (flamingo) and the gorilla tried to protect them from him eventually they defeated diamond eyes but at a cost of the smile family’s lives, the mom of the family died of sickness and the dad went out on a fishing job and never came back. The house was full of anomalies such as ghosts that only albert could see. If you want to learn more about this search up diamond eyes flamingo

There’s something you don’t know. Basically, this myth group called the Smiles Family wrote a story for themselves. They had a happy life until a demon possessed their family and from there the story went insane. This seems to be the prequel.

The "open focus" caught me off guard lmao.

i was actually yelling about the curtain through the screen which is why you kept on dying by the bathroom haha here are some other differences you missed that i'd like to point out: 4:10 dining room, the table with the plant isnt supposed to be there 4:15 there are usually 2 plates and 2 roses, thats how i remember the differences (ik you found the roses later on, but that was last minute) 4:51 bedroom 1 isnt supposed to have a curtain open. 4:58 in hall, the very left curtain is always supposed to be open 5:11 kitchen, theres not supposed to be an extra shelf on the right housing a blue and red mug also, this isn't fanon to the smiles family myth, its all made by the same person, seth (although went by a different group). based on the ending, the game is set BEFORE the setting of the myth (youtubers/'guests' gets invited)

Did you know you can open the shower curtain in the bathroom? There’s a chance Baxie will appear in there which was probably the reason why you died a lot on night 2 you gotta click on it once and it’ll open, it’s also that strange sound you kept hearing which was the sound of the shower curtain opening

While watching night two I was so ticked off that they didn't notice the curtain literally being pointed out by flashing, which caused their death because the dog can spawn behind the curtain.

Fun thing i noticed, the biggest poster in the kids room it's from a Pink Floyd album called "Animals", and one of the songs on that album is called "Dogs". Maybe it has some connection with the demonic dog in the game

20:15 "Tma se uzavíra." In my language, this means something like "The night is coming to a close." or something akin to that.

So, rogurt, the thing is is that whenever boxie displays the message “you didnt find me in time” and shows the bathroom, you can see the shower curtains start glowing meaning he was in there. Hope this helped!

btw this IS a sequel to submarine simulator, if you join the game while being in the submarine simulator group you have a little icon so yes it is offical lore and also lore to the smiles family ( a myth group )

Diamond Eyes was the main antagonist in the smiles family lore, needing the children to grow more powerful. The smiles family appeared in flamingos videos, where he agreed with diamond eyes, that he would give the smiles family kids to her, in exchange for his old Roblox girlfriend. He defeated her in the end, but it seems that the lore has been revived once again. We will surely be seeing more of them

I bet all of these games like submarine simulator and night watch secretly makes you unlock lore related to the demon.

Edit: If you don’t know what the smiles family is it was a horror series where KZreadrs (Like Flamingo) would visit the house on Hallam island and weird things would happen (I forgot what happened in the original but yeah it was pretty cool).
