My theory about why these hoaxes appear so frequently: Everyone has a very two-sided love-hate-relationship with playing Roblox because they love playing the games on it, but also really hate it's actions and philosophy. Following this, the majority of the people gets intrusive thoughts about a doomsday scenario because they think Roblox will eventually drive themselves into the ground with said actions. So in a sense we love Roblox but also hate Roblox and so we associate every bad Roblox decision to be a suicidal move. Also ironic statement, fake hackers seem to always know best when the "doomsday" will come, probably because they're threatening the entire player base. At this point it wouldn't be surprising to see a bunch of edgy kids running around in red and white painted avatars and being massive hypocrits about everyone being hacked or smth.

Another red flag is how the word “Bankrupt” is spelled, in the message the word is spelled as “bankupt” while the real word is spelled as “bankRupt” with the letter R (capitalized the letter R to make the correct spelling more noticeable)

I’d believe it even if it had misspellings but the fact that it said games instead of experiences gave it away
