I havent checked properly but i think it at thr carry Animation shop and tbh u can get all of these in a day but it will take u at least 3-4 hrs to collect 2k+ since u need less than 3k to get all of those (Js guessing)

They didnt add because there was a bug that made it basically impossible to use it

You have to unlock the previous tiers first by collecting all the cards and buying everything from the other two tiers, then doing the same with the final tier.
