People are making theories on how silence will work, but I guess it’s my turn. Silence: Whenever you enter a dark room, instead of hearing a “psst” you hear whispering. If you do hear that, you must stand still until the whispering is gone if you do move when the whispering is going, you know what happens. Though something you might notice is that the whisperings get closer sometimes and if that does happen you must look every which way and find him. Guiding lights message: You have died to silence. He’s kinda like screech, but also different. To avoid him, you must stand still without making a sound. You died to silence again. To know if he’s here you should here whispering. If you suspect the whispering is getting closer, look for it and stare it down.

Silence's jumpscare should be: An entire black screen for 5 seconds, "Shhh..." whispers and then something similar to rush's jumpscare.

For those who like to create new entities, I have some advice and tips that may help you. -Changing the name, png image and sound of Rush for something else is not creating a new ''entity'', it is putting a skin on it. -It is not bad to use png images for your personalized entity, but try to make your entity creative and that its mechanics are not repeated in another entity. (I have seen countless entities made by the community that are a copy and paste of Rush, run from behind or in front and what you have to do is hide. Let's do something more ''original'' gentlemen... for example one that I saw that It's called ''FrostBite'' and its mechanics are different from any original entity in the game and it can give you good scares with its scream. As for ''Silence'' The best ''representation'' I have seen of him is from someone who programmed him to appear in a room darkening everything and you have to walk crouching so that he doesn't attack you. It may not seem like much but the idea is not to place a copied entity with increased stats, the idea is to place an entity whose ''function'' is to add ANOTHER complexity that is more different from the rest. For example: Eyes and Screech make a good team because you should watch one and not the other, Silence and Rush/Ambush could make a good team too.

My Silence Theory: When You Enter An Dark Room, there is a 30% chance that instead of hearing a "psst" you will hear a whisper along with a "shh" When that happens, you will get teleported in a purple-lighted room, where silence will be "sleeping", to avoid him crouch and when he opens his eyes, stay still while crouching, this goes on until you reach the room. Guiding Light Message: You Died To Silence He Doesn't like getting interrupted while sleeping. You must be quiet. (Second message) You died to silence, again. You will need to crouch. Be careful if he wakes up.. (Third Message) Looks Like You Cant Get Past Silence.. You need to crouch through the whole room. When he wakes up, dont move, stand still. Damage:95 (so he can make you get killed by screech, halt, timothy and eyes easily) Room Lenght:as big as a 4 doors room, as long as 1 and an half halt corridor. Room Light: purple, mostly dark Sounds:whispering, heart beats sometime Jumpscare: His face with a distorted and "quiet" scream My Theory For Depth: You will hear a long heart beat getting quicker when he is kinda far, when he is near you you will hear a distorted stretchful scream, you will need to get in the angle of the room as he will quickly search the room, but not in the angles. Guiding Light Message: You died to depth He will search the room Listen to the beat. (Second) You died to depth again. Hide in the angles. He wont find you. Room Light:will go flickering, after that, it will become dark. Sounds:Heartbeats, screams Jumpscare: depth going around then coming at you with a flickering background when he comes at you. My theory on Greed: He will spawn casually in your room, he will stay still, you will hear a deep, short laugh when he appears. You need to not go near him or else you will lose half your health, two hits, you're dead. Guiding Light Message: You died to the greed. He cant move, but he can bite. He doesnt like staying near people. (Second message) You died to greed again. As i said, he is really shy. Try not going near him. (Third Message) You cant get past greed, i see.. You dont wanna go near him.. Because, as i arleady said, he will bite you. Damage:50 Room light:near him, purple, but the light wont go down since he is like eyes. Sound:deep laugh, bite. Chances of him spawning: 25% Jumpscare:him biting you and returning to his place. Death Jumpscare:him biting you, and getting some red like hide, but without writing, then die. I Hope You All Like This Theory. My Custom Entity: Meet: Haunt He is a monster that has the same chance as halt to appear, and you will need to run away, he can teleport anywhere in the room and based on where he teleports you have to run away Example: He spawns in the angle? Run away from the angle, while you are running away from the angle he gets in front of you? Run back to the angle! He will go away after teleporting 5 times. Damage: 60 Sound:a scary hoooo getting louder when he is near, a scream when he goes away. Chances of him spawning:same as halt Jumpscare:him screaming at you, then getting pushed away from you Death jumpscare:him screaming and blocking ur hands. Appearence:a glitched black head with big red lights as eyes and with black hands I hope you like my theories and concepts!

HOLY THIS TOOK ME TOO MUCH HELP MY HAND HURTS. silence its not like rush/ambush, you appear in a purple room with drawers/closets and you will have to crounch because if you move he will detect you and if you move from 0.1 seconds he will kill you, you have to crounch to not die. Ways to avoid: stay away from him, crounch. Ways to die by him: make sound/no crounch, hiding in a closet, getting close. Guiding light: you died to silence. Silence was one of the fake entities. Silence was possibly created by a group of 30 people, but its not confirmed. Silence is enemies with SoulFire, as he sometimes causes a ruckus in Silence's room. Silence is featured in the official game as a portrait called "Quietness". And Depth, Behavior. Depth will flicker the lights purple and blue as a warning of its arrival. It will then speed through all the rooms; however, the twist though is that it will keep speeding back and forth until the player uses the cooldown time to hide in another closet.

When the floor 2 update comes out I’ll use the crucifix key on every entity

Depth actually work: You need to get out of the room fast as you can not hiding in the closet (depth cant search player in closet only strike or sherk i forgot can do only)(sherk get reallol)

GUYS Silence works like this: you enter a dark room, in Entrances, and when you hear 3 footsteps, you stop moving completely! Then when you hear 4 footsteps, that means he's gone, and your good to leave the room!
