Shadow is very rare to find but he dose no damage. Window to dose no damage and you can find him in the lobby. Then lastly jack he dose no damage and he is seen in clostes but it is rare to see him in a hall way.

The thing that keeps whispering to you that you have to look at on the ground is screech the way you survive it is that if you hear the whispering sound you need to look at it until it goes away however if you have a lighter or flashlight it drops the chances of appearing make sure you use light sources often

Black eyes on wall: those black eyes on the wall multiply more and more the closer you get to the seek chase scene but they do not kill you. Ambush: he has a green tint and will come back 3-5 times so you need to keep jumping in and out of the hiding spot. Figure: He can't see but he can hear crouch to prevent noise and if you died while crouching it is because figure was close enough to hear your heart beat. If you're in the closet you have to reduce your heart beat so he can't hear you. Screech: If you feel he is on you you can look around before you hear the psst and you can catch him still. Seek: when running from him go through crouching spots and doors that have a blue glow on them, its the guiding light spirit telling you the correct path thats pretty much it @Kelvin Chan has the rest of the info
