Silvia Santiago If you played Camping 2, Daniel is the good guy and helps you get the good ending, if you killed Daniel, you would get the bad ending, so in total, Daniel is not Zach Nolan.

The demon was the only survivor from the murder of his family, the family of 5 on the poster. The guy in the shed is the demon, hiding away from the murderer, Zach Nolan. When he turns his head, that's him going insane and becoming the monster. Hope this late comment helps with those trying to understand the lore :)
