it is like criminality but more pve (against bots) and rather than running around killing randoms you actually have raids and quests, this game is basically what criminality failed to be

Missions already exist. Also, I think instead of making a gun only or melee only mode they should just make melee more powerful and guns easily counterable. For example, you can already break someone's right arm to disable them from using guns.

You can already customise guns but not so well

Love how this game uses skyrim's lockpicking system. It fits like, a million times better than that reaction speed minigame from criminality

getting npcs from friendly factions to join your squad is one thing id wanna see, as well as base defence missions if you're allies with a faction thay gets raided

I would suggest a small sandwich Easter egg like on a roof there’s just a chair box and sandwich and you can interact with it, for it to give you certain items like a black market

+ Post apocalyptic Criminality + Very good looking game Can already tell this is going to be very fun when it releases

I really like the idea of parkour, so I feel like they should take time to make parkour feel actually good and nice. They should try to take inspiration from Dying Light 2's parkour, which idk if they did or not cause it looks pretty similar. Adding mechanics like vaulting, rolling when landing, dropkicks and stuff would be sick Speaking about dropkicks, melee would be more fun if there was some stuff like shoves and grapples, just adding more variety in melee combat. Replacing blocking with parrying and heavy attacks is already a good move on them. Now, for something that is very unlikely of being added to the game as it might not fit too well; building and bases and such, kinda like rust, but more limited. If you could go around collecting metal and planks and such then proceed to build a small fortified base on top of a roof where you could store your valuable loot, maybe being able to create a special stash that you can put your stuff in. You would have to be strategic with where you place stashes, perhaps hiding them in dumpsters, trash bins or even stuff like large AC units on roofs. In a later game, you could collect the stuff you put in it by calling in a drone to drop your stash on a random place or at your desired location for a cost. The drone will be small and quiet, but if spotted can be shot down for the stash to get collected. Building wouldn't be anything too crazy, it is not meant for building huge forts or houses; it is meant for making small outposts or huts that you can run to for safety or if you need stuff. A big map might be needed for this, but as I said this is a really far-fetched concept and just made to spark ideas and stuff anyways blackout looks sick and I am excited for it, im gonna stop blabbering now

blocking bullets is not being added anytime soon, if you want to kill somebody with a melee and that somebody is using a ranged weapon, ambush them.
