What is Roblox?

I have a quick question, how do you get the cat cam? I’ve looked for tutorials but yt misunderstood and gave me on-screen keyboards to type with instead of the ones that display the keys you press. I’m planning to set up a keeb asmr vid soon so I’d be happy if you answered!
