Thank You, I just started these stretches a couple of days ago and I have felt a significant decrease in the pain that I have been dealing with for almost a year. I wish my podiatrist had told me about this. The orthopedic didn't really help all that much

----- > Thanks for sharing. I've only recently started having pain I believe is Morton's neuroma but I've had Sullivan's sign and slight swelling in my right foot for year,s not knowing i needed to stretcy, exercise and strengthen my toes. I'm hoping the exercise to relieve the bursa will work for me.

My Exercise schedule included Standing tiptoe but do not exceed …..repititions I tried a lot more reps. And Mortons was a possible result. It troubled me on longish walks for years. I never had ‘ the Op. A General Surgeon backed out of operating on me when he learned a Specialist Surgeon was essential. Get advice from a Specialist Surgeon as techniques for that Op has changed. Hope you can resolve it.

I don't think people understand the feeling of squeezing on the inflammation site it's such relief and it works and lasts for quite a while.
