Duran one of my favorites hands of stone a legend love his heart too a Gladiator.
Lightweight champ for 7 years! Then made a career of fighting naturally bigger guys in their prime, and some of the best in history. Leonard. Hearns. Hagler. Very few in history have fought at the very top level for so long. No doubt the best ever at 135
Never underestimate old short dude with a belly drinking beer in a pub...

Or do so at your peril lmao
Dude is a Legend. 👏🏽
For me, Roberto Duran and Joe Frazier are the most exciting fighters to watch!
Benefits of a solid defense, so eloquent, lively and sharp, even to this day. And to think he *started* fighting in '63 and already had a Hall of Fame Lightweight career by the time he became one of the 4 Kings in the 80s .
One of the scariest inside fighters of ALL TIME.
LEGEND 100%
Imagine the power of those punches when he was in his prime🥶🥶🥶

JOE FRAZIER, BARRY MCGUIGAN, GEORGE FOREMAN, JIM WATT AND OF COURSE SUGAR RAY.... ALL BRILLIANT FIGHTERS WHO COULD SLUG IT OUT... BUT PREFERRED TO FIGHT. ROBERTO DURAN WAS A SLUGGER WHO COULD FIGHT... WHAT A DIAMOND GEEZER WHAT A HEROES WHAT A STAR... LONG LIVE ROBERTO DURAN LONG LIVE THE ETERNAL HEROES.

I heard Duran during a interview that he would wrestle and street fight for money as a kid before he got into boxing
Looks like he'd still crack some skulls in current generation, DAZN sign him up 👆

Klasse Profiboxer gewesen. Möge er noch lange gesund und munter bleiben. Gott segne ihn und liebe Grüße aus Germany. 🥊🌅
Just look at that.... Stop for a second.. Think about it and take it in.. Don't just hear or view... But listen and watch.... Because that there is art at its finest. Finnesse, flow, wisdom, beautiful. These lessons are raw gold and suggest every new comer to boxing.. Amauter or other... Take this stuff on board. Love it, like watching a finely tuned picaso
