Yes, definitely the best male vocalist of all time. Are you astonished like me that Rolling Stone Magazine found 14 other vocalists they found better than Plant? Perhaps one could reasonably argue that Orbison (# 13) was objectively better (though I do not believe so) but how could Bob Dylan honestly be ranked as the 7th greatest "vocalist" of all time? Even Dylan knows better than that!

The song that was written for Robert's little boy was called "All Of My Love", not All My Life. One of my favorite Zep songs. Love Robert.

Thank you! We all make mistakes, but a great visit. I sure love Robert Plant! My wife got to see Led Zeppelin in the 70’s lucky her. She was four years older, cleaned her dad’s dentist office a went to all the concerts coming to San Diego with the proceeds.

He seems so nice and down to earth.

Let's face it, the man is a class act. I fell hopelessly enamoured with him at age 6 when I heard stairway to heaven for the first time. I am now nearing fifty with a beautiful five year old boy and he is getting a broad music appreciation from me. We go back over the classics and the night he first saw and heard it, he got the same feeling I did so many years ago. He made me play the 10 minute version 3 times and played air guitar on my arm, completely swept away with the magic of the music 😆. Thank you Robert for the legacy you have left, one that will continue to inspire for generations to come. After thought.... He also gives his albums the best titles. Yes Sir, a class act all the way 🥰

I felt in love with him to with Stairway to Heaven at age 14; I was transported in a kind of mystic rapture or something I still can name it. Today he is still a person I admire and I would love to know more about his frame of mind more than his lifestyle. He is certainly one of a kind and unique.

Grew up with the 60' 70's music. You could viscally feel their coolness ,energy and oh that Zeppalin plane!!! 🛫

I met Robert Plant backstage at the Omni Arena in Atlanta in 1985 for his Shaken "n" Stirred solo concert tour where he also performed as his own opening act with the Honeydrippers. He was about 45 minutes late for the concert and arrived with Larry King, so I didn't get to spend much time with him. But, it was a great concert. And, I got a bunch of memorable photographs on my photo pass for the show. Nice guy and quite talented!

I went to a concert he gave at Oakland, California but still don't know why he didn't want to play Stairway to Heaven during so many years although I hear many urban legends about it. The audience was shouting asking for his most famous song but he didn't played it. That was a pity, although whatever he sings sounds great, and my friend and I were quite disappointed.

It's the person behind the star singer that I admire as much. He is someone who is constantly learning and keeps growing and remains intertwined with the rythm of today. I think that's why he is an artist of all ages reinventing himself every second. I am amazed both by the singer's voice and the man's personality equally. My happiest day in a long time was when I could see him on a stage in Stockholm. I still feel richer because of that day.❤

I’had ‘golng to California’ Live, with the space shifters on repeat plays over the last couple of days, and I feel that this man has much more substance to him than he had 35 years ago. His love of music, and performing music with other people shines through. There is a light within him which spreads through a concert hall.I hope that one day before I die I will be able to go to one of these concerts.

In 1980, Zep were supposed to start a new tour. Getting a ride from my dad, the guy on the radio said "Ted Zeppelin is suppose to come to town". Then, after a minute or so, he corrected himself "Sorry, that is Fred Zeppelin".

So glad to have seen this man in concert. The best concert I have ever seen till this day. His voice is just as perfect live as recorded. The best voice of any singer in my humble opinion. Would love to meet him just to shake his hand and tell him how much his music has meant to me all these years.

My first Concert Led Zep. Madison Square garden NYC 1977..orchestra guest seats ! Legendary... My favorite band growing up .... Best rock music in 60s & 70s 🎶 🎸

Led Zeppelin is my all time favorite band. Robert Plant is awesome, sexy and the best lead singer of all bands. The song "All of my love" was written and recorded for his son. Page wasn't sure about putting it on the album but did so for the sake of knowing how important it was to Plant.

The song for his son is All my love, not all my life. If u are going to make a factual video, please do your research. Ty

No kidding! There’s frequently grevious errors in most KZread videos!

I was a young teenager when the grunge rock broke out in the 90s which is my favorite music and right around this time I got familiar with Led Zeppelin and for me they sounded like a grunge of the 70s. That was genius music for that era. I also found Jimi Hendrix very grungey as well. Amazing music.

Saw him in the early 1970s. The best rock concern ever. He is the best entertainer I ever saw.

When I was a teen, all the parent's were freaking out because they claimed their music was demonic n it would make us kid's do horrible things.. I grew up on Zeppelin n none of the people I knew or friends did anything crazy, well we did do some acid n other things, but that was it.. Zeppelin on acid is a whole other thing.. I still love them n Jimmy n Robert have always been amazing!! Good time's!! 🤔🎵🤗

Without Mr Plant the music in our world wouldn't be as great as it is. He has influenced every singer to some degree. We are extremely fortunate to live in the same time as the incomparable....... Robert Anthony Plant. 🎶🎤📀🎼

This video is simply not worthy of such a superstar legend. I couldn't finish it. And I'm a big fan, and have been for EVER!

The best rock singer ever by a mile. It must have been divine intervention to bring the four members of Led Zeppelin together. I can’t think of any other band with so perfect a match. All four the best in the world at what they do. They still send tingles down my spine every time I listen to them. The solo stuff and collaborations are also outstanding. They have certainly brought joy to my life as well as hundreds of millions, maybe even billions of others. The word legends is banded about too easily these days but in this instance it is very appropriate to use, legends all of them.

@@johnr5382 Sorry I have heard of Heart and bought one of their albums due to the John Paul Jones connection but my comments stand, Robert Plant is my all time favourite rock singer.

Was lucky enough to see ZEPPELIN in Oakland , Ca. 7-23-77 , days before Karac died and they cancled the N.O. shows . My sister went the following day which ended up being the last ever USA show from Zep .

I must say he is by far the best solo act to have emerged from Led Zep. Not saying JPJ no good and Page a legend of course - just that Plant's carved a wonderful furrow and done some fab. rock & roots stuff.

Geesh, Im casually watching this and I keep picking up on mistakes, his son is named Logan, not his daughter.....and All My Love (not Life) was written for his son Carrick....

I was brought up along side of seven uncle who would play every song by Led Zeppelin and all of plants song while I would write the lyrics. I hold plant close to me heart. In 96 I lost three of them to suicide and the first song I heard by him was Ramble on. Now at the age of 45 I still hold his music close too my heart and forever I will remember my love for for his music.all of my love too you!

I prefer British Steel, Rob Halford & Judas Priest ! They got ripped being so close to Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame! I seen Priest at the Monsters Of Rock in Nuernburg in 1983 Mixed with Motorhead and suffered permanent hearing damage & ears rang for two days! I saw him at Nassau Collesium in his hip huggers, no shirt, with the beautiful hair singing on the stage as we walked on the terrace in the circular building. I felt surreal watching him because I knew I was watching legend.

This sort of thing often happens. Someone must spend a long time putting together a video then fail to spend a few minutes checking how to pronounce the words.

There are some hilarious mispronounciations of British place names in this low budget production. But none the less Robert Plant is a rock god.

We are both born in August 1948 - I absolutely loved him when I was young. Now I’m probably 40 years too old for him haha
