why did he seem uncomfy right when the video started? Did guru say something before the video started? This can't be the whole interview bcz this is just 6min. I wanted to find the moment where he didn't like guru but it seems like it happened right when the video started, which means there's gotta be more to this interview

***** True, but when you have a movie star just doing the rounds for a new movie it isn't really the time to get all serious. RDJ is probably doing 10 of these things a day ramping up to the movie and doesn't want to have to deal with some guy try to stir the pot.

And it after he said "i don't know how comfortable you are", he came with that words by acknowledging Robert's clear annoyed response when saying "are we promoting a movie?" while also saw Roberts gesture and expression, at first i thought the quoted words from the interviewer above meant as an explanation of his annoying previous questions, as an implicit apology, and assure Robert that he will stop himself to ask any more personal question, but instead he went even further like a total dumb, obnoxious and rude person

I think it has more to do with the fact that in interviews there are always questions that are out of line and the PR team gives these « not to be asked » lists of questions to the network.. if it’s not respected then it’s a breach of contract, simple and done. Not everything has to be over sentimental.

I know this is an old interview but I am with RDJ and totally understand him. Why did the interviewer turn something that was supposed to be promoting the movie into a sort of "therapy session". Leave the personal questions out, dude. Robert's body language about that looked so uncomfortable and I don't blame him for walking out.

Would'VE. It's impossible to follow "would" with a preposition like "of". You ever hear "would to", "would at", "would on" etc? See how ridiculous it sounds? You have heard the contracted form of "would HAVE" (auxiliary verb) your whole life, which is "would've". It sounds exactly like "would of". Unfortunately, lots of others make this same mistake, which reinforces its validity for you.

"You have as much time as anyone else." Tight closed smile. Eyes staring hard. (At this point interviewer should have apologised gracefully and continued to talk about the movie instead of dwelling on RDJ'S personal past, which is ancient history to the rest of the world.) 5:50 Looks around the room again. It's obvious RDJ doesn't want to be there anymore. 5:57 "Your foot's starting to jump a little bit", you better get to your next question." Stares harder. Smile all but gone. Point of no return for the interviewer - there's no graceful way out of this. 6:15 Obviously hyperventilating now. Belligerent face that says "Dude you're this close to getting punched in the nose if I had my way. We're done here." 6:30 "I'm sorry, I really don't...w-what are we doing?" Looks at publicist, "let's end this". "Right...bye!" 6:40 Interviewer looks at him like a complete lemon as he gets up. 6:48 "You seem okay, it's just getting a little Diane Sawyer in here."
