Rob, glad your channel puts a face to ocd. You and your team come across as functional, healthy, and good people. I think this gives hope to the newcomers and those in the midst of pain and suffering. Thank you TEAM Rob.

"Thoughts are just thoughts" is a kind of reassurance in the long run. Still I think it helps us massively to one point when we are so sick.

Dear Rob, from what you say it seems to me you experienced a kind of spiritual awakening in your bathroom. It all makes sense to me! Getting out of the ego based anxiety state is the key. So difficult!

Trust me when I say this, it happened to me during this video. I finally realised, what i was ritualising about was actually positive. And realised the rituals didnt need explaining anymore, it all came down to erp and i turned them into rituals. Now i can let go knowing how i feel regardless of whether i did the rituals or not. Amazing. Your right about feeling the reset button. Strange but refreshing.

Totally agree, the main key is to break down irrational beliefs. Only then did the release come. It takes time and hard work to point where your mind shift and then you start seeing it... the best concept of OCD, your deep wisdom and intelligence has no competition ❤

Rob, just stumbled onto this video. Did writing down your core fears, if you did, help at all or was it really just ‘getting’ the meaning of Ellis’ work? Or both?

I am not sure if what I have is OCD, but I definitely have anxiety and depression. It has made me physically sick as well. How can I get a one on one mentoring with Rob and/or his team? I am from the other side of the world (Asia) so there might be some time zone issues, but I am desperate to recover.

How is it possible to access one of your webinars. What is it exactly? Also, would you suggest utilizing the steps in Albert Ellis’s bookHow not to be Miserable, etc. to change your beliefs about a past event in which one has developed real event ocd.

I have a fear that when I die I will go to hell. How could I ever really be at peace with this prospect. As a recovering Catholic, hell is a pretty awful place.

If we can accept ourselves, how do we then accept that others may not ever accept us and find peace despite that?
