Cheers man. The powersteering belt came off and it was heading for the center line real hard so I had to back off, thats why the mph was low too. I'm pretty sure with a clean full pass it'll be low 9s and yes, its in full street trim, full interior, cd, tv, dvd etc, it weighs over 1700kg!!! Damn tank.

@mbdulka Oh for sure, this was its first ever run and it 60ft'd much quicker than other similar weight street GTRs that have big money suspension so we were actually very happy with it and out of interest, the customer has since installed big money suspension and has never 60ft'd as quick as we did on that first run even when running 9.4s. It looks all over the place on my run because I was off throttling on every gear change, with flat shifting it doesn't do that.

Thats a great 60 foot time. Killing it for sure. I am always running stuff on some compromise of a tire. Happy to get a low 1.6 time.

Yeah your right, lol, its the first pass I'd ever done in the car and it took me by surprise how quick it hit the limiter in each gear, I'm picking real low 9s, maybe 'just' an 8 on a perfect pass.

Sorry mate, didn't know you'd asked a question, havn't looked at this vid for ages. It did a 1.39 on this pass, I only got 1 shot at it and it went through the gears much quicker than I was expecting (hence the limiter wach gear) and I bailed at 1000ft due to almost crossing the center line, gotta be low 9s on a good run I'd say.

It actually did a 1.3 60ft on that run which I'm sure you'll agree is extreemly good for a 1740kg street GTR?? I had a few runs in it at TOTB and got down to 9.4 @ 155mph on a slippery runway surface so this 9.7 on its 1st ever run only powering to 1000ft wasn't too bad I think.

@ wolfdanger, please confirm the 60ft on your clean launch 9 second R33 run, well into the 1.3s is it?
