ThatxStaphyy Robam Phlet is a dance showing appreciation and wishing wellness for the King. This dance is to entertain the king with a Chinoiserie theme so they use the fans and even Chinese-style melodies. I think they are called Chin Pak Kuoi or Chin Choh Touk.

The meaning of this song is to praise the king. The song also gives blessings wish for prosperity of the Khmer people.
